There sushi counterpart “Lucky Tea” offers gluten free options with gluten free soy sauce. Very knowledgeable staff.

The Fortune Cookie features typical Chinese-American fare, and they have an extensive gf menu. They do not have a gf kitchen; however they use gf soy sauce and corn starch for their recipes, and they use a clean wok for all gf meals.
