Review of The Foundry at Summit Pond

This is a great place! I’ve been many times and I’ve tried various dishes. Personally never had a bad reaction from their food (mine comes on quick and painful).

While it has a layed back vibe, as soon as you tell them your allergy/ its severity, whoever takes your order has been extra attentive (both at the bar and seated).

If you have an open dialogue and use reasonable measures to stay safe they will take care of you.

I also appreciate how they have so many seating options. Solid place for all (solo, couples, family/ friends).
