They have gluten-free buns for the hamburger and gluten-free corn tortillas for the mahi-mahi tacos. Since we are super sensitive, I asked them to ask the chef which would be the safest choice, the burger or the tacos. They said the tacos as the burger may be made on a grill that has had gluten on it. We went with the tacos and they did not disappoint. They were delicious! We are super sensitive, and we did not get sick. Good atmosphere and neat place to go. Also it was very fun to ride the ski lift to the top of the mountain.

Delicious breakfast, and you can't beat the atmosphere. They don't have a gluten free menu, but they willingly accommodate. They prepared a delicious Eggs Benedict on toasted Udi's bread with roasted potatoes for me last time I went. They also make great almond milk lattes. I've never gotten sick after eating there, but it is a shared kitchen.
Great GF find. They have a separate GF /Celiac prep area. They don't have a GF menu but many items can be made GF. They totally understand cross contamination. They have GF bread and buns and a dedicated toaster.
