Hotel restaurant. No. Do not trust it. They lie. Marriott can't do gluten free. It's pathetic.

I ordered the GF beyond burger and it was delicious! They had GF buns, GF regular fries and GF sweet potato fries! I was in heaven. They even offer GF chicken fingers for those who eat meat (I am vegetarian so I didn’t order).

We were very excited to eat here while at Disney. Sadly, the chicken tenders were completely RAW in the center and we only realized after eating part of our order. We are supposed to spend the day at a Disney park tomorrow and are hoping that we’re not all sick with food poisoning. Our server was very friendly but the food quality was absolutely terrible. I can not recommend.

When I asked about gluten-free options, I was surprised that the waitress gave me a small list of things on the menu I could not order as opposed to pointing out a small number of options that I could. I had the chicken tenders and fries. One word, three letters... Y-U-M!!

Best Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad I’ve ever had in a restaurant. They seemed very knowledgeable. Dedicated fryer here as well. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Chef came to our table, no attitude, sat down with us, talked to us about our concerns, and advised on what we could have, and how he could accommodate and modify. They went above and beyond here, and food was fantastic. I had the buffalo chicken salad - yum! And my kids had the burgers. The desserts are not free of cross-contamination, so server brought out a box of Mickey Mouse fudgsicles for us, and my girls were so delighted. Thank you Fountain!!

Absolutely 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our orders were clear and correct. My kids had the fried chicken tenders and American fries (both kids are GFDF) and they loved their food. Fab service and experience!!

They were very knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free. They told me to tell the waiter that it was not a preference, that it was necessary. The chef prepared my food herself. My American fries were also different from the gluten containing American fries. According to others at the table they tasted better as well! They do have a dedicated fryer for gluten free food! I definitely recommend. They were so kind and I didn't get sick!! :)

OMG my teen celiac girls are in heaven! We ordered chicken tenders (FRIED) and french fries one time and we keep going back. I have one super sensitive celiac and zero issues. I also had the buffalo chicken salad with fried tenders and it was good.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to order a chicken sandwich with fries, and they made sure everything was truly gluten free. It took a little longer, but I didn't mind at all as I was enjoying a Coke float. The sandwich was delicious! Great stop for a safe, gluten free lunch at the Dolphin.

Staff was very knowledgeable. Had a delicious lunch and did not get sick.

Staff knew about gluten menu and the waiter informed us that I could order gf chicken tenders and fries and theyd make it in a restaurant down the hall with the gluten free fryer. 8 tenders and crispy fries! Most of the ice cream is also gf and they sanitize the scooper. The peanut butter one was awesome

Top notch. My server Kristen knew her protocols and took amazing care to make sure I had a safe lunch!
I was already glad to know I could get a gluten free bun for a burger, but then the waiter offered gluten free fries. Nice! It is fast food, but still tasty and safe.
Kids were hungry at end of the day. They are both gluten and dairy free and were able to have hot dogs with buns and fries as well as tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole. Chef came out to table as well.
Separate fryer. Gluten free chicken tenders! And amazing deserts.

I have celiac disease - and I must admit, I was pretty nervous about eating here. I knew that Disney World was very celiac-friendly, but we were staying at the Swan, and I wasn't sure if the restaurants in the Swan/Dolphin hotels would be as accommodating. I didn't need to worry about The Fountain, though! The waiters/waitresses had varying levels of knowledge about gluten...definitely ask to speak to the chef if you have celiac. Chef Vanessa is the BEST. She knows her stuff and was incredibly accommodating. The only items specifically marked "gluten-free" on the menu are the salmon salad (salmon in marinated in GF tamari) and a chip/dip appetizer. But they have GF hamburger and hotdog buns, and many of the sandwiches can be made GF...they also have allergy chicken tenders available.Chef Vanessa personally prepared my food in a separate "department," and made my fries in the dedicated allergy fryer in Picabu. She even came over to the table with her cell phone and googled the soft serve ice cream they serve, to check out the facility it's produced in and make sure there wasn't a risk of gluten contamination. Dairy products only, so we were all clear! :)We came back a number of times over the course of the week. I tried - the burger, the "big cib," and the salmon salad. All were delicious! Gluten-free hamburger and hotdog buns were great...better than any I tried in the Disney parks. For this celiac girl, it's a luxury to be able to eat a burger and fries, and I was very happy.I didn't end up trying any of the ice creams other than the soft serve, because the other ice creams aren't made in a gluten-free facility. I can't take those kinds of risks - but if you're non-celiac and have a higher tolerance level, I can tell you that they have ice cream flavors that don't contain any gluten ingredients...and if you tell them that you have a gluten sensitivity, they're happy to open a fresh container of ice cream for you/use a new scooper, so you don't wind up with cookie bits in your ice cream!
