At the time of writing this, the staff has received no cross-contamination training. That being said, the young women who took our order went out of their way to help us. They prepared our food on clean dishes, cooked grilled cheese sandwiches in a separate oven, offered options for what we could eat - I was incredibly impressed with their willingness to work with us. I spoke further after our meal with one of them, and suggested that she talk with her manager about having the staff trained, and some of the things that could be done to facilitate providing a celiac-friendly place. The Freighthouse already provides local, organically raised food - it would be amazing if they could extend that to the Celiac community as well. As things stand now, be aware that they're not well set up to avoid cross-contamination (including the ice cream side of the restaurant - they don't use separate scoops, you'd need to ask), but it sounds like that might change!
