Amazing Michelin star dining experience that is worth the splurge! They are able to tailor both the regular and vegetarian menus to gluten free needs. While it is a set menu, the chefs create modifications based on what they have available and I didn’t feel that I missed out on anything! I even got gluten free bread and special desserts. Highly recommend for a special occasion!
