The buff is great. The wait staff is very knowledgeable if not they go ask the cooks to verify. Their PIZZA IS SO GOOD!! We have eaten 3 of their pastas. Had no reactions to anything. Their prices are very fair only $3 to change to gluten free pasta or pizza crust. Dedicated fryer as well. Plus a few games to entertain the kids!! It's our new favorite!

posted for a friend with permission: ordered a burger with a gf bun. I asked about fries being gf and the server didn't think any were. I asked if it was about there not being a separate fryer and he wasn't sure. I am not anaphylactic, so I don't have issues with shared fryers and said I would order fries if there were no gluten ingredients in them. He checked with the kitchen and named three types of fries I could order, so I went with sweet potato fries. When he brought the food out, I asked again if the bun was gluten free, to which he replied, "It should be."That made me a little uneasy. After he walked away, my husband asked if I was going to ask again about the bun. I said that I already had. It looked suspiciously delicious, so I had a feeling it wasn't gf. After taking a bite, I think I knew deep down it was too squishy to be truly gf. I looked at my husband's bun which looked identical to mine and I stopped eating my burger. The service/wait time was not good. I ate all my fries while waiting for the server to come back. I asked if it was likely that my bun was actually gluten or if my husband got a gf bun too. He said I probably got a gluten bun and did I want a gf one. ?! I said yes. It was taking forever for him to come back, so I just ate the burger bunless. He finally came back with the bun on a plate and asked if I wanted it still (burger was gone, save two undercooked bites). He apologized and said something about it being busy, which my husband respectfully responded to by saying it didn't matter how busy it was. Long story short: Friendly Buffalo tries to appease the gf crowd with gluten friendly options, but doesn't really understand the importance of it.
