The place was super busy when I went for the first time but the staff was amazing with taking the extra time to make sure the food was separately prepped. Fast service and knowledgeable staff. Menu is very easy to read what was GF and what was not. Great experience!

Delicious vegan gluten free breakfast burrito! As someone who doesn't eat eggs, dairy or gluten, breakfast is always hard to find. Not only did this meal tick all the boxes for me and my restrictions, it was also delicious!

Super celiac safe. Tons of food items not even listed as gluten free and they had FRIED CHICKEN. A fried chicken sandwich with a bun that didn't suck. I loved it. May be my favorite gf breakfast spot

I had a fantastic experience here! Our waitress was wonderful and answered all my questions. I was delighted to learn they have a dedicated toaster and fryer, so I was able to have the brunch I wanted (Sam's Garden Omelet - it was delicious). My food also came out marked with an allergy flag. Would happily come here again! As a note, try to get on their Yelp waitlist a half hour or so before you arrive - brunch gets very busy on the weekends.

Had a very long wait on a Sunday morning to get seated. But the waitress was very friendly and helpful. She explained that they have a dedicated kitchen area for gluten free, that it would be marked for an allergy, and that it would be brought out by the manager. We had a good experience!

My Celiac daughter had the gluten free French toast and sausage. Our server took care to make sure the order went in as an allergy and when the food came out it was marked separate. She loved it all (especially the sausage) and had no issues.

Grabbed breakfast here while visiting my niece. I’m celiac; she has a life threatening tree nut allergy. They took both our of dietary restrictions very seriously. I got the GF blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs with cheddar. Everything was delicious and I felt very safe eating there.

I'll just say this up front: this restaurant has excellent food and service, regardless of what you eat. They offer a good amount of gluten free items, and are super friendly about menu questions. Our waitress went back and forth twice to verify answers for me.
They make GF pancakes and killer Huevos Rancheros (you can ask them to skip the tortilla chips if you don't want any deep fried food).
My food came out with a large toothpick marker and a little "GF" flag on it.
It's a little on the pricey side overall but that includes the entire menu. Given the service and the quality it's worth it. Bottom line: there didn't appear to be a "Gluten Free" tax.
NOTE: I didn't ask about separate kitchen space, and I never eat fried food in restaurants, but now I'll know to ask...

Had a great lunch at the Friendly Toast. The waitress was very helpful- I ordered a GF item (which was marked on the menu) and notified her that I had Celiac. She assured me that the kitchen are very knowledgeable and aware of CC. My food was brought out first (not on the tray that came out after with my kids pancakes etc) and was clearly marked with an allergy stick.

Never good when your waitstaff doesn’t know what celiac disease is… began my order by sharing “I have celiac disease, so this will need to be gluten free”, and was met with “what is that?” as a response.
Food was delivered marked with an allergy toothpick, but it is very unsettling to know your waitstaff doesn’t even know what the allergy is.
The menu has gf options scattered amidst their many gluten-full options. There are certainly better spots to have breakfast in the Burlington area that have better food and are more assuring of my allergy. Food felt greasy and over processed. Again, options are nice, but was very turned off by the overall experience here.

I went here twice in spring of 2019. Due to the dedicated fryer I had regular french fries for the first time in years!! I was so excited, and they were great, as in good standard, comparable to McDonalds. Not the healthiest but still :). If I remember correctly for one of the times I got some sort of falafel sandwich with gf bread and it was good. The servers were helpful and answered all of my questions. I am a celiac who doesn’t get any “sick” symptoms when I’m exposed to gluten, but I saw on other reviews that some folks have gotten sick. I would treat it like any other non-enlightened restaurant even though they’re more on the ball and make sure they understand the severity of the allergy and the need to avoid cross-contamination. Not foolproof but still seems worth eating here to me.
Update June 2021: Ate brunch here. Outdoor seating was nice. So many good brunch options to choose from. I got Huevos Rancheros without the cheese (am also dairy intolerant). It was reasonably good but next time I want to try the “gluten-friendly” eggs Benedict on their menu. The server seemed confident about celiac disease and notifying the kitchen about my allergy.
My plate came out with an allergy yoothpick.

Yes
Both waitresses were super knowledgeable about celiac. They answered all my questions before I even needed to ask which really reassured me that they actually understood what I needed and the importance of avoiding cross-contact. They also asked about any other allergies or restrictions for my dining party and were very accommodating of my sister (vegan with a shellfish and dairy allergy). I didn't get sick and the food was amazing.

This is a delayed review, but my child got very sick after eating here late last summer (about a month after they opened). We ordered GF pancakes for my celiac daughter, and regular for my son. The GF came out with an allergen label, and when I tasted them I was impressed at the good flavor/texture. After getting home, my daughter threw up for two hours.
The staff was incredibly helpful in reviewing all of the ingredients that went into the pancakes, saying they had run out of their regular GF flour and had purchased a GF flour at City Market. They made me a second order of pancakes to take home and test with my Nima., which came back negative for gluten. However, when I tasted them they definitely did not taste the same as the pancakes my daughter had received that morning...leads me to believe they accidentally switched the gluten and GF before bringing to our table. Hopefully this was a one time mistake, but if we dine there again we will definitely be bringing the NIMA with us.
I had the monster breakfast with gluten free pancakes. They put an “allergy” stick on my plate which made me feel safer. However I did get sick after eating here. But the food was good and it was a cute and fun atmosphere. Not sure if I got sick due to gluten or something else though.
Yes
Went here for dinner tonight and had nachos with braised beef and vegan cheese. They were fantastic I have not remember the last time I had nachos in a restaurant! I cannot wait to eat here again.

Great place to eat. Found it quite by accident. Very friendly atmosphere. Great food.
Very celiac friendly, separate fryer! Amazing service - great vibe! A must stop location!! And family friendly!
Ate there today, my daughter has celiac and was happy to have a burger on a gluten free roll and fries. They have a dedicated fryer so there were no issues. I would recommend this place.

Amazing breakfast. Dedicated gf kitchen space.

Gf grill space, gf fryer and knowledgeable staff. Very aware of celiac. Had sweet potato fries and steak and cheese sandwich and felt great!
Tried this place for lunch then went back for dinner a few times. Service is seriously slow, but tots are amazing! Hash quiche too! Lots of GF choices, dedicated GF fryer, fun atmosphere.

This restaurant had a really fun atmosphere. I got gf, df pancakes with bananas and a side of bacon. They have a dedicated grill for gf. The waitress was very knowledgeable about their offerings. They also have gf bread. I will be going back again.
DELICIOUS! I had the French toast and it was so good!
