Had dinner here before a was impressed so I came back for lunch. No real options for lunch except salads. No GF bread??? Very confusing that a place that does a great dinner forgot about lunch

The Kitchen at the Imperial Hotel in Chestertown, Maryland. A small, upscale, old hotel in a historic town that I love. Steve, the owner and main chef opened a small very gf-friendly restaurant called The Kitchen, not far away, but expanded by buying the restaurant in the hotel. He makes a lot gf accommodations for his gf clients and has gotten two awards for his gf meals. I was able to eat everything at the breakfast buffet today, except the bread. I didn't ask for gf bread. My gf friend was going to have a terrific quinoa salad, but backed off, because she can't have citrus, and the salad is pre-made with lime juice. Steve is looking to use only gf breadcrumbs in future. His meals are delicious, and he and his staff have the protocol down.
