Review of The Fusion

This restaurant was in Cincinnati. I called ahead to check if they were celiac friendly (aka had gluten free items on the menu). I was reassured by the man on the phone that they note only had gluten free options, but that all food was cooked in separate pans. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I told my waitress I couldn't have gluten and she looked at me like I had three heads. She served me soup with noodles and graciously put the salad dressing on the side (only after asking 2x). The cook then proceeded to fry all food TOGETHER smothering everything in soy sauce...which yes, had gluten in it. Needless to say, I enjoyed my salad and drink and still paid $30. What a joke!!!
