Review of the gluten free chef

I've eaten gluten-free in major cities around the world. Blossom's desserts, biscuits, and croissants (all made in an entirely gf environment) are amazing--among the best gluten-free goodies I have found. Rochester is lucky to have her.

She is a one-woman show with a lot of private cake orders, so she does have limited hours. I'd recommend checking out The Gluten-Free Chef's FB page for when she is open.
