Shared fryer so most of the dishes labeled gluten free are not celiac safe. They do have an allergen sheet that lists the celiac options so they definitely understand cross contamination, the options are just very limited (literally one non-salad item). I got the Buddha bowl (fried items removed) and it was pretty good.
