Made to Order products are clearly labeled as being GF or not, there is GF bread available but NO separate prep area/kitchen/equipment. All bread items are prepared in the same area/kitchen. If you are sensitive to CC, avoid MTO or prepackaged to-go meals. Owner/Manger have a sister with celiacs, so they said they are trying to expand the menu/inventory to include more and more GF products.
