Both times I spoke with managers who helped me select items (entree and dessert) they said would be made as gluten-free. The managers were very friendly and helpful- stars for service! Unfortunately both times I got sick later. I can only presume that the chefs need educating on proper preparation methods or the kitchen just isn't set up for it.
