This was really good and almost everything can be made gluten free (just have to swap fried chicken to grilled) but the fries are in a dedicated gluten free frier. Really interesting flavor options and something to try.

Loved the poutine here. They have a dedicated gluten free sauce in the back, and many types of poutine they can’t make with gluten free ingredients. They seemed very knowledgeable about celiac disease which is always a reassurance. I will def come back here

Gluten free gravy is delicious, had no stomach issues after. Staff was knowledgeable on which items I could order from. Honestly there are lots of options for GF!

Super knowledgeable staff who take care to show you the dedicated fryer and you can hear them communicating with each other about which single person will prep the GF poutine. Oh and the food? Downright AMAZING! This was my favourite poutine place in Ottawa even before my celiac diagnosis.

I had the classic poutine with their gluten free gravy. It was incredible! Squeaky cheese, hot fries and a big fork. Happy days. My brother got his with crispy bacon and a drizzle of Maple syrup. Felt more and more Canadian after every bite. 5*****

They have a separate fryer for everything other than fries, those that contain gluten. There is a GF gravy you can order with an additional fee. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about cross contamination and washed hands and changed gloves while preparing my order. And the poutine was delicious!
