Great gluten free Puerto Rican food. Empanadas are huge and delicious. They have a gf frier so I’m comfortable ordering maduros and tostones… all the things you typically can’t.

I’ve been in the Hudson River valley for 4 days of art workshops. I ate at The Green Bowl EVERY day!! Delicious healthy choices and some less healthy options too. (GF empanadas and fries) I tried it all. No sickness!!

The gluten free empanadas are amazing ! Im so so happy to find a safe food place! I have celiac disease and this is my favorite place now!

Celiac, very sensitive and always felt great! Loved every single thing I’ve had. Huge gluten free selection. Gluten free bubble waffles, empanadas, arepas, plantains. So good! Love the green juice also.

I was really excited to try the food here after reading the reviews. Nima sensor found gluten in both the arepa and empanada. So disappointing. The food looked really good.

I had the plantain sandwich and empanadas and they were amazing! If you like Venezuelan food then this place is for you! They have a separate fried for gluten free 😀

Gluten free empanadas, arepas, wraps, rice bowls, yuca fries, breakfast arepas, avocado toast, they take gluten free serious ! So many yummy options.
