we had breakfast at the main dining room. it was a buffet. we were able to get gf toast but the rest of the pastries were off limits. we had bacon and omelets and fruit. the buffet was well stocked with casseroles, bread pudding etc but all of it had gluten which is unfortunate.

Room service has GF pancakes and toast available. The one answering the phone specifically asked in detail the reason for ordering to share with the chef.
