This is how it should be done. Owners have a celiac in the family, so they know the drill. The following items can be prepared GF: Grilled Cheese, Mac and Cheese, Crab Cakes. Anything that doesn't go into the fryer can be added in (bacon, onions, eggs, mushroom, pork belly, etc.) They have a dedicated grill and prep area, and keep the GF food in a seperate fridge. The take-out containers are very clearly maked GF and kept separate from the non-GF food. And the food is spectacular. The GF grilled cheese is on B-Free bread and absolutely great. The fantastic crab cakes are made with GF breadcrumbs. I couldn't possibly recommend this place any more!
