The Grind Coffee Bar and Cafe

Great staff and delicious food but gluten free is NOT gluten free. I ordered the egg sandwich on gluten free bread and got so sick immediately after eating. They put flour in their scrambled eggs and I think they either accidentally put it in my eggs even tho bread was gluten free or they may have used the same pan to cook them where they cook the regular eggs w flour. Maybe it was a one time accident but it got me sick enough where I'm too scared to ever try again.

Great atmosphere, food and coffee. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
