They said all the right things and you could tell they were trying (toaster tray, clean cutting board), but they still touched the grill of the regular toaster before touching the bacon that would go on my sandwich. I gave the sandwich to someone else in my party

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable about Celiac precautions. Gluten free bagels toasted on a separate tray and sandwiches prepared in a separate area with precautions! Excellent lunch stop!
