Great experience! Waiter was very knowledgeable of celiac disease. From the start, he let me review the menu and share what I was interested in ordering. He then checked with the kitchen to ensure what I was ordering was 100% gf with no cross contamination. In the end, the chef made slight adjustments to my meal for it to be all gluten free and celiac safe.

Wonderful selection of gourmet food. They bread and thicken their dishes with rice or corn mostly and most food containing gluten can be made without on request. The wait staff will thoroughly and professionally go over the menu with you. It's much easier to eat gluten free when the food is fresh and made in house and I've eaten here twice with no issue.
