Food tastes amazing, but unsure it is safe if you are super sensitive. I have had 3 meals from here and the only item I didn't have a reaction to is the nachos. I have also had the street tacos and the truffle fries, but did react after eating these.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about Celiacs and took care to relay my needs to the kitchen staff. There are items marked on the regular menu, though not a ton. Street tacos and Redbridge beer were delicious. They do not have buns/bread yet. Looking forward to when they find something suitable. There are also a few snack items, chislic, nachos, wings, GF pizza crust, steak and salmon on the menu that are marked GF. Looking forward to trying them all! The other non-GF diners in our group loved their meals. Great atmosphere and a busy place!
