Very conscious about gluten allergy. Eat here once every 2-3 weeks and never been sick. You do have to ask if ingredients are GF. Kitchen not dedicated but I am a mild celiac and I have never been sick. GF pizza crust offered. Staff knowledgeable and willing to escalate for allergy.
