At first glance, this fun little restaurant would be a no-go for those of us with an allergy. 🤯 🙊 However, the chef is vegan himself and came out to speak with me. He offered to make me a potato with vegan chorizo (pea protein) and a creamy sauce with an artichoke base. He went on to say that he is super accommodating with allergies and if there's something desired that's not on the menu, he'll make it from scratch for you. The portions were huge and the food delicious! Highly recommend!
