There is no actual gluten free menu. They do have gluten free bread, blueberry muffin, and pancakes. This is the only place to get coffee, so the line was really long lol be prepared for a lot of people 😅

The sandwich I had on gf bread was delicious!

Stopped in yesterday for a quick lunch. Grilled cheese sandwich was very good. Kitchen takes extra precaution and cooks GF items in a separate area and in a closed takeout container. Owner was very knowledgeable and explained their safely protocols.

Delicious gluten free pancakes! I ordered gluten free, I didn’t have to make a big deal about it at all. I ate them three hours ago, and I haven’t gotten sick at all. :)

Celiac friendly. Had Chicken salad with udis bread which was served in a closed container to prevent cross contamination. Gf Blue very UDis muffin available.

I used to come to this bakery before I had celiac disease and was delighted to find they had gluten-free pancakes and bread. The lady at the counter was very confident that they could prepare my food without cross-contamination. I had blueberry pancakes. They were delicious! And best of all, I didn’t get sick which is saying something since I am very sensitive to cross contamination. The rest of my gluten-eating family really enjoyed their food too. We did have to ask about gluten-free options. There was no indication, at least not obvious, on the menu that they offered anything gluten-free.

Could not have been more accommodating. As soon as they heard celiac, they said anything for you will be cooked in a separate pan. I ordered the Reuben and they came back out to tell me the dressing had soy. So we passed. But they double checked everything! Sandwich was delicious

Yes they have gluten free Udi’s bread - so does the Harris Teeter down the street ... and you’ll be happier with the quality of turkey from the grocery deli. Ordered 4 sandwiches - the 2 with turkey were extremely unappealing and remained largely uneaten. Meat was similar to prepackaged deli meat - thickly cut and odd tasting. For $60 (lunch for 4) HHI has much better options (SandBar, Lowcountry Backyard, even Salty Dog Cafe)

Eat there frequently ! Have the gluten-free pancakes when I go or the breakfast BLT on gluten free bread! I have celiac and I am very sensitive and I have never gotten sick! Highly recommend this place ! Food is great!!!
