This place is stellar! Try out of this world! The decor is very cutesie and old-timey, but most importantly, the food is FIRE. The taste couldn’t be better! There are gluten-free meat options as well as gluten free vegan options. I would come back to this town just for this food! Everything—including the bread—is made fresh in-house by the owner. I can’t say enough positive comments about this restaurant—you’ll just have to come and try for yourself!

The food here was great. They have good options for vegetarians and most everything is gluten free. My French Dip.was fantastic and my wife loved her cashew burger...which was on homemade GF bread. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great lunch spot.

My husband and I went for lunch in a Wednesday. The owner was the only one working so service was a bit slow. She was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich on almond bread. This was the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Highly recommend trying this place just plan to go when you are not in a hurry.

I rarely post negative reviews, but our experience here was awful. There was one table of 4 people present when we arrived and there were four employees present. It took 20 minutes to get drinks after I asked them twice to at least bring our water. It took an hour and a half to get mediocre food. The bacon on burgers and sandwiches was barely cooked microwave bacon. The gf bread on my blt was soggy, and the sweet potato fries were greasy. The only thing we liked was the gf Philly cheese steak. We saw three other tables arrive and leave while we were there since it took so long.

Food was great but it took AN HOUR for them to make it for us! They told us it would be 25 minutes and it took over double that time. Five sandwiches!!! We did not get sick, but not worth an hour wait....

Update:
Both my daughter and I ordered a sandwich to go for the next day and we both had gluten attack’s...Mine hit within 15 minutes after eating and my daughters hit her about an hour later...SO BUYER BEWARE!!
I gave this place a 3 because even though the food was gluten free and the staff was knowledgeable-the food was super expensive for what you get. The BLLT with almond bread was subpar and super small. The bread was crumbly and not that great.
The pie was good and the brownie tasted like it was a Krustez Brownie mix and just had GF Oreos on top. The best thing was the cinnamon roll.
The place smelled of fried food-that’s not healthy, just saying....
The waiter was super kind and that was the best part of this restaurant because the decor and area it is at were not good at all.

Awesome sandwiches and sweet potato chips. Lots of gluten free options. Even made a gluten free grilled cheese for my kiddos. We all loved it! My daughter is really sensitive and she had no problems! We highly recommend!!

Sweetest owner, fabulous Philly cheese steak and home made fries that were fantastic! Their buns are chewy and have great texture. Definitely would go back. Owners son has Celia. And she understands cross contact 100%

Absolutely fantastic! We've had so much difficulty finding eateries since the recent GF and DF diagnoses.... But every sandwich/ burger/ even empanada can be ordered Gluten Free!!! The fresh Almond flour bread is plush and flavorful. French fries and sweet potato crisps are made fresh and Absolutely perfect, both are 100% GF. There are even fresh baked GF goodies like pumpkin cake or cinnamon rolls! We're happy to find this hidden and with another location (Alta Vita) in I.F. we'll certainly be back!

The owner is passionate and knowledgeable about gluten free baking and cooking. Everything that she makes in house is gluten free (she's also experimenting with more paleo and keto stuff, if you're into that). Regular bread is offered, but it isn't made in house, so there isn't wheat flour flying around the kitchen. I had an amazing empanada plate with rice and beans. My husband had the BLTT sandwich, and said it was fantastic. We were stuffed, so we took brownies to go.

I Love this place but it is not dedicated gluten free. They do not promote themselves as being dedicated gluten free. They promote themselves as having gluten free options. Please change the designation on this app so people don’t go in assuming they are 100% free of gluten.

Awesome food. Great to have options in a small town! Best desserts - the lemon bars and cookies and cream brownie are to die for!

The food was delicious! I got the Reuben and it did not dissapoint. The deserts were all gluten free and i swear, you wouldn't miss the gluten at all. Highly recommend!
Yes
Amazing assistance at counter and everything is gluten free. Purchased BLTT sandwich, fries and cherry apple pie. Had samples of carrot cake and brownie so I purchased a brownie to go. It was simply amazing! Could you please allow a six star review??!

Outstanding food! Such a nice owner and everything was safe!

All menu items are gluten free, they are knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Owner says she has been baking GF goods for 10 years. Food and pastries were great!

Very satisfying experience! We called ahead to ask if they were open on Labor Day, and they said yes but they had just closed—but they said they still had two customers in there and they could serve us. When we got there, they welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. I have celiac disease, and they are very knowledgeable about food allergies. The made-from-scratch gluten free bread is to die for!! I got the grass-fed bacon burger and it was so good. The fries are also really good—perfectly greasy yet crispy. We also tried the brownies and they tasted like chocolate cake, which is something I haven’t been able to eat in a while. I will definitely have to come back here whenever I’m passing through Pocatello!
Yes
No risk of getting sick here! 3 kinds of gluten free bread to choose from + several gluten free desserts. They'll make whatever you want, even if it's not on the menu, so long as they have the ingredients. Super friendly staff. Slow service, but everything else is so great that it doesn't even matter.
Had my first experience here yesterday and I thought it was fabulous. The BLTT was delicious and the brownies also great. The display case is a little empty but don’t let that fool you! The owners are very helpful and even gave samples. Did not get sick at all and I’m very celiac!! ❤

This place is a gem! They literally cater to everyone- GF, vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, paleo, organic. The food taste home made, and it was so delicious! I had a cashew sandwich and sweet potato chips
Amazing experience, the owners were so friendly, accommodating and very knowledgable about gluten free and cross contamination. Pretty much the entire menu is GF and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this place and hope I have a chance to return and try some of their baked goods!

Fantastic tasting food! Ownership is hands on and is very friendly. Great tasting gluten free food!!

We tried the BLTT. By far the best gluten free sandwich from a restaurant I have ever had. The French fries are fabulous.

This place is amazing! They are so knowledgeable about ingredients used and processes in the making of their ingredients! And the food is delicious! You can place an order ahead of time for larger batches of pastries and the cinnamon rolls are to die for!! Also you can order a huge delicious gf pizza!

OH MY GOSH AMAZING! Imagine amazing food including your not typical American fare and combine with gluten free and organic and baked goods and WOW!!! Totally the best gluten free pizza I have ever had with hand made crust!! The German chocolate cake was delicious and wonderful with organic coffee! Totally recommend.....what a gem here in Idaho!!
Wonderful! So tasty and healthy.

Just finished eating at a wonderful restaurant that has an amazing menu for gluten free. The owners were very accommodating to my needs and I can't say enough about how good the food is. It is so great to find a place where there are so many choices. They have lots of gluten free desserts that are really good. This place is definitely one I will eat at whenever I am in Pocatello!

So the food was good. Got a bltt. Nothing exceptional. Arrived at 5:45 on a Friday night. Not a soul there. There is a sign posted stating they're not a fast good restaurant. I ordered my sandwich. A few min after I ordered the guy goes to the stairs and shouts that there is a sandwich to be made. About 8 min later a gal comes down and goes into the kitchen to start making it. All I all from the time I paid for my food to my sandwich in hand was just over 30 min. I feel like the gal couldn't be bothered to get off Facebook or had to finish her Netflix show before they could serve me. The sandwich was not worth 12$ and 35 min of my time. And they are really not a bakery. A cafe really. As far as bakery foods, they had a couple variety of brownies....

took one hour to prepare a couple sandwiches when the restaurant was empty

So good! It's such a relief to find a place that caters so completely to a gluten free diet! We had pizza and French fries for dinner tonight just BECAUSE WE COULD!! 😂 And make sure you taste her brownies... Spot ON!

Very friendly family-owned restaurant. Everything we had was exceptional! They are very careful about cross-contamination and hidden ingredients. One of the best places I've been.
We ordered a pizza, and French dip sandwich! Delicious gluten free options. Owners are super friendly. Would definitely go again!

Love this restaurant!
The baked goods are amazing! We can't wait to try the meals!
Awesome flatbread sandwiches, full of fresh meats and veggies. Knowledgeable and very kind staff. I needed both gluten and dairy free, and I'm extremely sensitive still. They did a great job.

Food was excellent. Owners helped us and had tons of gluten free and dairy free options. The space is sort of a dive, so the great food was a happy surprise. The only real negative was it was super slow. We were traveling through so the long wait was tough, but in the end the good food was worth it. They make everything to order so it seems like the timing is sort of what it is.

Not dedicated GF facility, but most items are GF. Tons of GF baked goods, GF flatbread was the best GF bread I've had in 13 yrs Being GF! Owners come chat w/ you, they're awesome about avoiding CC at all costs. Takes a while to get food, as everything is made to order. We got the meat lovers pizza, French Fries, 3 flat bread sandwiches ( BLTT, chicken, & Gyro) & a lemon bar- Holy delicious food! A must try if you're in the area & have a little time.

This small restaurant was super sweet with AMAZING food. They try their best to make you feel safe with their food and almost all of their ingredients are organic and non GMO. I definitely suggest going there to meet the sweet owners and try out their wonderful meals and treats.

Great food! Kind owners... Locally owned. They will do everything to make you feel safe w their food.
As celiac friendly as they come!

Come here to eat burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fresh sweet potato or potato fries, juices, smoothies, ice cream, and treats. Homemade bread, brownies, lemons bars, pecan Carmel bars, Oreos. Order gf cakes, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, pumpkin rolls, red velvet cakes, etc. Paleo, vegan and gf menu. Take and bake gf pizza. You'll love this place if you're striving to eat better in southern Idaho, there aren't a lot of choices. I loved the sweet potato fries, so fresh and crisp and the gf bread on the burger/sandwich was so yummy and homemade. Service is a little slow, it's a mom and pop place, but you know it's being made fresh by the owners.
