The nachos here are amazing! It is a food truck, and I can’t remember where she usually parks, but you can look her up on Facebook. She is very careful about cross-contamination. Everything is gluten-free but the pita bread (which she cuts after hours and keeps in a separate container). Everything is also vegan! A very fun and healthy food truck.
