The Hickory Lodge

There is no indication of things being GF nor a GF menu. When we asked our server, she told us they do not have many GF options at all and didn’t not specify what was gluten free and what wasn’t. I had the Caprese Chicken which was delicious but I have no clue what had gluten in it or didn’t. My wife got the Santa Fe salad with blackened chicken and they enjoyed that and it didn’t bother them at all. If you come here, you just have to read through the menu and ingredients to decipher yourself what you can and cannot have.
