The Hill

The Hill has amazing food by a renown chef. He and his staff are very caring about allergies. We have gone there many times that they can answer and check on my complex allergy list. We recently had a family party there with 60 people of varying allergies and one with celiacs. They prepped a menu with a key showing which dishes had which allergens. I told them in advance. They planned for it like no big deal and on the day of the party they asked to speak with her. They confirmed with the person that has celiacs what they were doing and which gluten free dishes they were prepping separately to be extra cautious. It was incredible and all the dietary needs people were thrilled to be able to eat such good food like everyone else. The allergen free people just thought the food was great.
