Ryan, the owner, is a brilliant artisan. The bakery is 100% gluten-free, offering a variety of breads, buns, cookies and pastries. I love the country bread for my BLT sandwiches and the chocolate oatmeal cookies are hard to pass up. I hope the bakery will resume offering vegetarian and vegan cheese pizzas, they do sell their pizza mix which I have enjoyed making pizzas at home. But it is always nice when someone else cooks!
