Celiac friendly?

Yes

Very limited options. The bartender does understand gluten free and I didn’t get sick hence the 3 stars. I ended up with a bed of lettuce, sliced tomato, and some grilled chicken which was the GF version of the chicken sandwich. There are many other places in San Diego with a better menu for GF.

No

Hidden gem. Super knowledgeable about celiac disease & gluten free. Even offered me a specific gf cocktail. The only thing I wish they had was gluten free beer. Also, my bartender told me fries were not safe for celiac, so I guess eat at your own risk.

Menu items that were gluten free or could be made gluten free were clearly marked. Had a tasty burger with lettuce "bun" and some awesome mussels with fries! Good food and nice environment! Would definitely return.
