They have a wide variety of tacos which is about the only food on the menu that would be guaranteed gluten-free. Other foods might be gluten free but to avoid cross contamination you should always go with tacos. They have a lot of options for tacos though and all of them are delicious!

I’ve been here about 5 times and every time I have been totally safe. The staff has always taken caution with my allergies. I feel confident when I attend this restaurant that I will not be sick. Also they have a dedicated gf fryer! Love this place! I always order the oh my cod tacos and guac with gf chips. Update: I went back again this week and the owner came to my table two separate times to ensure that my food would be prepared safely and a second time to ensure that it was done well! Awesome service!

We stopped here after a tournament due to reviews. They can make some things gluten free but no real GF menu. It is a “scratch” kitchen but still limited. No toast/bread etc. After a long wait to be seated, lets just say the menu did not impress. Still had to pick around the menu which is what we try not to have to do. Our server was fantastic but food was not worth the price. We were there for brunch so maybe dinner menu is different but $19 for 3 corn tacos and no sides for a teen boy doesn’t go very far. Our meals were good but very small and 3x the price of a normal breakfast. Lets just say our “brunch”was way more then our previous dinner out at Biaggi’s. Will not go back. Very Expensive meal & left hungry.

I had a great experience here today. My server knew that I needed to be gluten free because I have Celiacs, and he made sure I only got gluten free. They prepared my meal completely gluten free. I really appreciate knowledgeable staff, and they definitely are. Great place to go and great food! I got tacos, and they made sure they didn’t come in contact with anyone else’s. Even came out separately. They’ll make what you want gluten free. :) Adrian was my server. Thank you.

We popped in last minute for desserts, and I was afraid I wouldn't find anything safe to eat. The selection was a little limited, but the peanut butter cream dessert was exceptional. I was specific, as always, with the server to prevent cross-contamination and was a little worried, but they followed all my requests and I had no issues. Will definitely be back. I used to love Hoppy Gnome before I was diagnosed--glad I can still enjoy it! Maybe next time I'll be brave enough to try regular menu items.

This was an amazing place to try in Fort Wayne! The server was knowledgeable and even knew the difference between gluten allergy and celiac! He even saved me when another server delivered the wrong chips to our table. Wonderful service and food!

I have eaten here multiple times over the past year and they never disappoint, each time better than the last. Most everything can be made gluten free. Staff are knowledgeable and have spent a good amount of time putting my worries to rest to the point I’m comfortable eating here. Last experience was late at night and the server requested to surprise me with something specially made. He mixed multiple different entrees together to make the perfect meal for me!

Beer, tacos, curry salmon just to name a few amazing things about this place. Staff is very knowledgeable. We'll come back next time we are in town.

According to the waitress, only 3 items, can be made gluten free. None of which are entrees, only tacos. The brisket tacos were incredibly spicey, cold and disappointing.

Staff is on their “A game” here. If you have celiacs, go eat at this place. Just go now. Forget anything else you’re doing. Go eat here and then get on here and write a review exclaiming how right I was. Most of their menu is adaptive to GF. There is no specific GF menu, just ask your server for help. They know their stuff.

I went there my first night in town. I liked it so much, I went back the second night. I will go there the next time I’m in town too. Guaranteed. (GF beer also available)

first tried hoppy gnome about a year-and-a-half ago and they were gluten friendly even then. It seems that they've gotten increasingly good at making accommodations and adding gluten-free options to their menu. Always feel safe eating here and they're very friendly as well.

As soon as I told them I have celiac, the server informed me they are a scratch kitchen and can make pretty much anything work! They baked the chips to make sure they were safe to eat. I feel and felt confident in the service and definitely recommend it! I’ll be visiting again soon.

Amazing GF options despite not being listed on the menu. The server and manager provided excellent service and went out of their way to make sure it was a safe and fun eating experience!

They had some great GF options aside from just salad and steak. I got some different tacos with corn tortillas that were AMAZING!! My waiter was also incredibly nice!

Food was awesome, but be careful. Went over menu with watier to make sure our food was safe. We made a few changes to make it gluten-free. I always ask the person when they bring out our food that it is safe. One of the three was not. They apologized and took it back and fixed it. If I had not asked...

I have eaten here numerous times without getting glutened. The wait staff has been consistently knowledgeable about what is safe.

All tacos are available with corn tortillas. The staff have always been knowledgeable about what tacos/menu options are gluten free. The gluten free strawberry shortcake is a favorite of mine!

Explained to waitress I needed everything to be gluten free. She stated everything was and was very sure of it. After eating there, I was as sick as I've ever been. Beware!
