Menu was clearly marked and wait staff was knowledgeable. There is not a lot of variety but food was good. I had the shrimp and grits with collards. They prepared and brought my food out separately. I didn’t get sick in spite of being highly sensitive.

I have celiac and I also live in Auburn. The hound is my favorite place to eat and I’ve never been sick from eating their food.

When you order a GF dish it always comes out GF. I’ve been here many times. Gluten free buns are also available. Try the bison burger.

I let the server know I was gluten intolerant and they took precautions for me. The food was absolutely amazing. I had no reactions and the menu is marked for gluten free. Not too many options but still highly recommend.

Beware of their gluten free menu. Hash brown Cassarole is listed as GF but it is not!!! Server informed us that the sauce contains flour. Since our visit, I emailed the restaurant. They responded very quickly and assured me that they take allergies and diets very seriously. The manager also assured me that they have printed new menus.

Went for brunch on game day and ordered the hashbrown casserole, but for some reason they had made it with cream of mushroom soup which is not GF. I ended up switching to the HUEVOS HOUNDCHEROS and it was delicious with no reaction at all. We had a great server named Ayla and thankful she had checked on the hashbrown casserole before serving me the gluten.

I ate here while visiting and I had the shrimp and grits and it was amazing! Also had the bacon sampler, they make their own bacon every day. I let my server know I needed it gluten free and she made sure the kitchen staff knew. I’m celiac and did not get sick afterwards. It was a wonderful dining experience.
