After my diagnosis I was concerned about the syrups at my favorite coffee stand, The Human Bean. Starbucks has gluten in a lot of their syrups so I assumed the same would be true. I sent The Human Bean an email and they quickly responded with an allergen list which stated that all of their syrups are gluten-free! You can contact them for the list. Not only do they cater to gluten-free individuals, but the coffee is great! I love supporting a local business and they have rewards programs and friendly staff. The prices are better than Starbucks, too!
