We were there last year without issue. This year it was chaotic. Initially told only the flavors listed in the allergy square on the menu were GF, which I thought was not accurate. Asked a second staff and they confirmed that other flavors were GF and they would let me know if I asked about a specific flavor. After ordering from a third person (it’s a walk up window, there are a bunch of staff randomly offering to help the crowds of people trying to order), she didn’t get the ice cream from a new carton. I was concerned so she put it back, put on gloves, got a fresh scoop, but scooped from the same carton. When I told this to the second staff she told me (with attitude) I didn’t say it was an allergy. So finally the third staff got the ice cream from a new carton but I don’t plan on returning.

I got a vegan gluten free ice cream in a gf cone. The person who served me changed her gloves, answered all my questions and even said it was her pleasure to help me. Ice cream was coconut mint chip. Totally delicious! I am a sensitive celiac.
