What a wonderful experience! I noted in my reservation that I had celiac disease; both the hostess and server were aware of my dietary restrictions before I arrived and asked me about them. The waitress brought over a menu that was annotated with items I could eat and asked to alert them if cross contamination was a concern. I had the Imperial breakfast (without toast); it was excellent. I did not experience any issues related to cross contamination after eating. I would strongly recommend going to The Imperial if you are looking for a fun location where all of the staff take your health into consideration.
