Review of The Indian Bistro Restaurant

Like most Indian restaurants they have a lot of dishes that don't use wheat /gluten ingredients. Unsure what precautions or things they take or if their spices are cross contamination free. But staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Someone picked up the take out order for me and didn't ask many questions.
