I did a build your own waffle and did not get sick. I called ahead to ask about using a separate waffle iron and they do. I enjoyed my waffle.

Their waffles can be made gluten free for a 1.50 charge. Waffles were tasty, but dense and a little grainy. They didn’t skimp on the toppings, which was great.

Adorable place with great food! Separate waffle iron and work surface for GF. My waffle was marked and announced as GF and came out separate from the rest of our family. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast. Lots of great savory options too. We’ll be back for sure!

A separate waffle press, young chef wore gloves, waffle was tagged with a gluten free marker, sturdy paper plates and single use plastic ware Everything that asked that they care for and value their gluten free patrons. Oh... The waffle with strawberries and whipped cream was DELICIOUS... thick, crispy and the same size as everyone else's waffles. 😍

Follow-up... 24 hours later and no reactions. Can I give them six stars?

If you do not have Celiac they offered gluten free waffles using the same waffel iron as the regular waffles. We skipped the waffles because of this and ordered delicious smoothies a bowl of fresh fruit and a tasty mocha instead.
