This is a Paleo place it has pre-made food so you can take it out of the refrigerator and either have baked food or a snack I had the chicken salad it was delicious or you can buy frozen food to take and make meals at home no grains no process sugar seemed awesome

Great experience. Ordered a large birthday cookie for our GF, DF daughter and was very pleased. Have picked up their inside out egg roll casserole for dinner with great reviews.

We have gotten take out from them multiple times and also buy from them when they come to pepper place farmers market and it’s always delicious. We especially like the harvest chicken salad and the cherry muffins (seasonal, but wish they were year-round) and the frozen take out meals (shepherds pie is the family favorite)

Absolutely incredible! I have fallen in love with this one stop shop! Muffins, cookies, whole meals! Only dairy used is ghee, I haven’t had any discomfort and I am fully celiac and dairy free.

I was passing through during early Covid. They were opened, which was not the case for most places at the time. Food was good! Perfect for if you are doing a specific diet like Whole30 or Paleo. I have other food allergies not just Celiac, so it was awesome to have so many safe options. Dedicated gf facility!

Nice place located in a strip mall. Lots of healthy gf options and the prices were typical for thia kind of specialty foodboutlet. Staff was very nice.

Love love love this little place we were passing through the state and was thrilled that we can get clean delicious food and delicious desserts and very convenient to go and head back to our hotel I wish I can bring them home with me I am very grateful for this place.

My fiancé and I went yesterday, since she has pcos we have been gluten free and dairy for some time and have both missed our baked goods. The food is simply amazing, the banana bread was so moist and flavorful, the cupcakes and espresso bites were Devine. We will definitely be stopping back in, I can’t wait to try the broccoli and cheddar soup and nacho cheese.

Everything they offer is gluten and grain-free. All ingredients are listed on each package. They offer delicious meal options like chicken pot pie and fresh Bento boxes with chicken salad. So many baked goods to choose from, including muffins, cupcakes, granola and other sweets!

All meat is organic or sourced from local farms. Eggs are free-range—and you can purchase eggs there!
