Love this little bakery! They offer a lot of variety, so it’s hard to decide but that’s hardly a problem. DF/SF and all GF so they cater to a wide demographic here. Loved their carrot cake cheesecake and chocolate brownies most of all. I’m not from Calgary, so I purchased some items to put in my freezer and the cookies have held up great. Their staff are also so lovely.

There was so much variety it took me ages to choose. GF, DF, vegan….I thought the prices were pretty reasonable and the staff were great. But he baked goods were a little dry but GF/DF is hard.

From the owner
Our facility is 100% gluten-free with NO chance of cross contamination! We use Almond & Coconut flour as an alternative to regular flour! We don’t bring gluten into the building as we value our status with our customers struggling with Celiac disease.
Our menu is primarily sweet baked goods (ie: cupcakes, cookies, squares, cheesecake) but we also offer meals to go as well as sandwich buns, cheese buns, breads and more! We can make special occasion cakes with a 48 hour notice!
We keep our menu Clean Keto as well, meaning it’s sugar free and we keep our net carb under 7! This allows for our diabetic friends to also indulge in treats!
While we’d love to cover every allergen out there, we don’t consider ourselves to be ‘dairy-free’. We have a handful of dairy-free options and a vegan brownie for our friends who can’t handle dairy!

Their cheese muffins/buns are amazing! The cheese jalapeño is my favourite. They have a great variety of sweet treats as well. I had their pumpkin brownie which was incredible. I’ve been missing baked goods since recently going GF so I’m glad this place is nearby!!

This is a wonderful bakery. It covers gluten free, sugar free, and keto. The care and effort this lovely store offers cheese buns, muffins, loafs, (chocolate) bombs, and so many more options. They keep track of their macros in case you’re wondering. They use monk fruit erythritol for their sweetener but you would never know it.
I think the business is family owned and run. The men who were working weren’t able to answer my questions about the products but were very quick to get the answers I needed.
I bought an entire bag full of goodies when here. Thank you for creating this bakery.

Not celiac, but my fiancée is. We have eaten here a few times and she has always felt safe, never been sick. The treats are tasty (except the pizza crust isn’t great). Would recommend!

Awesome bakery. I tried the pizza bagel (excellent!!; variety cupcakes (awesome!); cheese puffs (!) and a cinnamon muffin (also awesome!)
They sell EVERYTHING - bread, pre-made pizza, keto ice cream, Guy Fieri sauces, GF pasta and pancake mix…
