Waste of time. The hosts said there were plenty of GF options, there was yogurt marked GF. I was told that the potatoes weren’t gluten-free, the breads not gluten-free. The bacon is not gluten-free pretty much nothing is gluten-free. Then the wait waitress came back and said I could have the bacon after I had already ordered. Absolutely unprofessional and a disaster.

Hilton Resort World in general isn’t a place for GF, but if you’re in a hurry for breakfast then The Kitchen does have a few basics. The buffet is available some days and offers eggs, bacon and fruit. There is also a frittata on the menu.

While there isn’t a lot on the menu, at least there are some breakfast options. There is also a buffet with allergens listed, if you’re not sensitive. The waiter was knowledgeable and let me know the potatoes are contaminated, but the egg white frittata was very good and cooked separately. They substituted the potatoes for a fruit cup no charge. Wish there were more options. Talking to the concierge they said the restaurants are working on revising menus for more allergy friendly options.

There is literally 2 items on the menu you can have. It’s a joke how there isn’t much you can have for a large restaurant.

The restaurant has a small notation on the bottom of the menu that said gluten free, vegan, vegetarian options. But noting was notated. I asked the worst what was gluten free and he said not much. I asked about the Greek salad and he said they could do it without the pita. Sadly, I ate most of the salad when I ate a small crouton I didn't see. Ugh. And it's just the beginning of our vacation here..
