The environment was wonderful, especially for an “experience” dining, but their GF options were performative at best. Though they said at least one option was from the amazing Pushkins bakery, and I did trust every moment of their handling & GF knowledge outside of that. But, I was beyond disappointed by their GF plates. It truly tasted like their chef didn’t taste the offerings. Or if they did they didn’t care. Sadly, because the rest of the staff truly did. I had to try to hide my disappointment from my birthday friend. I would have been disappointed but understood if this was a $50 meal, rather than $250 per person.

From beginning to end, Chef Kelly and the rest of the staff in this place went above and beyond. Every bite was absolutely fabulous, with an attention to detail and gluten free substitutions specially currated for every course.
