This place is sooo good! You can tell it's a local fave! We ate there twice.They serve breakfast and lunch all day. Went for lunch after a hike and had a sandwich(they serve them pressed on a rice tortilla). Then went back for breakfast 2 days later and it was AMAZING! Most of their menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. I had the Cajun log jam and my husband had the Welsh breakfast plate. They made them both gf for us. And as we were finishing up they brought out fresh gf scones!! Soooooo yummy! If you're in this area I highly recommend you try Knead Cafe!!!!

The waitress we had was a bit brusque. My daughter’s eggs had a shell in them and the yolks were not runny. My gf quiche was good. Also, my almond raspberry shortbread was good but needed more raspberry filling. Not up to their usual fare.

They have GF tortillas and bread, but advised me against ordering either due to shared prep surfaces. The bread all goes in the same toaster and the tortillas on the same panini press. The waitress knew the answers to ALL my questions. I really appreciated the honesty rather than them giving me something unsafe. Even with fewer options to choose from, I had a delicious meal (chicken on salad greens, plus soup). The rest of my family was very pleased with their food as well.

Side note, we did have to wait a while for a table on a Saturday so plan accordingly.

Eclectic environment and simply sensational food!! I have eaten here 3 times and have not once had a reaction. The food and the staff are delightful!

Excellent knowledge staff, most things can be prepared gluten free and are delicious. They have very good wraps and sandwiches. A wide assortment of Gluten Free scones. The best coffee as well! Give this place a try
