Food was good if you do not have celiac. I am very worried my daughter was glutened. We will find out tomorrow as her symptoms take a about a day to show up. The most annoying part is that we called this location before hand and were told they use a dedicated fryer and that the cooks will change their gloves and they are very careful about gluten allergies. When we arrived and just wanted to get confirmation from our server she stated “everything” is fried in the same fryer so there is definitely risk of cross contamination. She also seemed very unknowledgeable about gluten and did not take my daughter’s allergy seriously. Outside of that the service was absolutely terrible. Our drinks came to our table AFTER our food was served. This was after it already took at least 10 minutes to even be initially greeted. We will not be back.

The waitress revealed that they warm the regular buns on the same grill they cook the burgers and chicken on. They were able to give me a salad consisting of lettuce, feta, tomatoes, & onions-it didn’t make me ill, but I wouldn’t go back. Not celiac safe!

We were in the Lake Arrowhead area and after seeing reviews for this and other places nearby, I thought this would be safest. Unfortunately, it was not.

I told them I was allergic to both Gluten and Dairy. I ordered the Tap Room Burger with a gluten-free bun and no cheese. They told me I can have the Tots for the side as they were cooked in a different fryer.

Well, I had an immediate reaction and luckily the bathroom was available at the time. It's been several hours now and I'm already feeling the joint pains and other issues as well.

Owner went out of her way to personally talk to kitchen staff about my allergies, made sure they washed their hands before preparing my food and talked with waitstaff. They offer GF buns for their burgers although I didn’t get a chance to try as I’m also allergic to eggs. Owner went and verified all ingredients in bun for me. I had an excellent lettuce wrapped burger. Wish they had more of a selection but what I had was delicious and can’t beat the customer service and atmosphere.

My wife has celiac and if she eats anything that contains gluten she has a very bad reaction. We had about a 1/2 hour wait and she had their gluten free roast beef sandwich with a salad on the side. It was the best roast beef sandwich she has ever had! Amazing food, well worth the wait.

They’re able to substitute a gluten free bun for the burgers and hot dogs on the menu. I took away one star only because of the lack of options on the menu. You can only eat the hummus (without pita) for a starter and salad as a side as they don’t have a dedicated fryer.
