While they have gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer, they cook their steaks and meat on the same griddle where they toast their regular buns. Wait staff did not seem very knowledgeable about cross contamination or gluten issues.
Open window to the kitchen shows that the cook does not wear gloves while preparing the food (buns included) so cross contamination is highly likely.
