Our waitress seemed very bubbly and nice, but was very taken back when I asked about gluten free options. I did call before we went and they said they had gluten free pizza and buns. When I asked once there, they said they could not cook anything safely. The waitress actually said to me, “this is a really big restaurant” and that she’s “not a gluten expert” when I asked her if they could cook the food in a cleaner area of the kitchen. She then came back and said anything with an asterisk could be made gluten free (although no where on the menu says that, and those items include things like croutons). I felt awful and very gaslit. I ended up just eating a dry salad with no dressing and no croutons. I’m hoping to not get sick. Definitely do not recommend if you’re sensitive to cross contamination.
