Just had an amazing BLT on GF bread. I'll be having dreams of that bread tonight!! It was so delicious, and the staff was super friendly!! I'll be making many trips to The Life House in the future!!

Gluten free bread is good. All food is hormone free and organic. Coffees are roasted there and all coffee syrups are made there with sugar - no high fructose corn syrup. Tried them for lunch and lived it so much we went back for breakfast the next day!! Get ur sandwich "H1" style and your waffle (GF) "H1 and caveman" style. MMMMMMMM

Delicious gluten and dairy free food. If you mention that you're celiac they will clean their surfaces before making your food! Great almond bread and goat cheese.

I just moved to Rockwall and luckily found this great place nearby. All of the staff are very friendly and took precautions necessary to ensure my meal was completely gluten free. I have Celiacs of which I get sick with traces of gluten, I was just fine after eating here! Such a relief!!! I had an open faced almond bread sandwich that had chicken sausage, cheese and mushrooms on it, delicious! Also, a huge plus that everything is natural, no preservatives, antibiotics, or any other junk in any of their products.

This place really cares about all the food they make and have a few GF options. Fair trade coffee, organic grassed beef, free range chicken and eggs. Delicious and healthy. We loved it! Ask the owner to run you through the menu you will not regret itMy friend who does not care what he eats beyond taste says... Excellent food, everything is great. I'm definitely taking friends here .
