oh I just love me a dedicated gluten free facility. a build your own plate where you don’t have to worry about what is/isn’t gf or cross-contamination is heaven. allergen-friendly to the max. they warned me which ingredients had cheese in it and even had a low-fodmap bowl you could order. I myself ordered rice with salmon, brussel sprouts, sweet potato, and avocado… and it was SO DELICIOUS? actually quality ingredients that were flavorful, seasoned well, and didn’t have the consistency of cardboard. so sad there isn’t one near me but I’ve literally been inspired to cook any future meals based off their menu.

I love this place, but it is not 100% gluten free. The brussels sprouts with cheese are NOT gluten free. I got sick from eating them, and when I asked an employee they said that everything is gluten free except the cheese.
