I have celiac's disease. They have limited options. I had the mahi tacos in a lettuce boat. They were delicious. Kerby was Amazing! He was patient with my questions and my family.

Very reactive celiac— I had the caprese salad and can confirm it is safe. Limited options at this airport in general.

Food here was okay, only had a caprese salad which was GF and safe but not sure about if they can do anything else GF as I did not fancy anything else on the menu.

I walked all over the airport and couldn’t find a single meal until I came here. The waitress was really knowledgable and managed to organise me a mahi mahi grilled with salad , guacamole and rice. She even understood that I couldn’t do the nachos as the corn chips were fried in the same oil as gluten items. Fish was beautifully cooked and the salad fresh and healthy! Yey!

Ok for a quick bite to eat, but make sure you can communicate clearly with your server. Mine nodded to say she understood gluten free but she still brought out my food with fries (I think the fryer has cross-contamination, but she didn’t know what that was or how to ask about it). Ended up having the burger without a bun.

12/24/21 operating on a limited menu. They seemed accommodating, but all they could do is deconstructed burgers and plain salads. Unfortunately they are one of the few promising restaurants open at HNL.

Once seated we asked what GF options they had. They politely directed us to a different restaurant in the air port that had GF options.

Celiac friendly?

No

Even though this restaurant does not have a gluten free menu and items are not marked, they showed me the ingredients for each item in my dish and were willing to sub lettuce for bread/chips. The wait staff was very friendly and knew the ingredients in addition to showing them to me to confirm. They were very willing to work with me.
