Don’t go if it’s busy. They will take the time to prepare food separately but will be quick to tell you it will take much longer (over an hour since they do kindly clear out the oven to make gf entees). My celiac kids were offered salad or grilled cheese after looking at a huge menu of choices. Very disappointing. Gf bread was terrible ( much better options these days with bread,come on!) and cheese was not melted at all. Waitress was knowledgeable and friendly - just not a good experience for the family.
